'عبدالعلی قادری' روز دوشنبه در گفت و گوی اختصاصی با خبرنگار ایرنا اظهارداشت: شركت فولاد مباركه بیش از 22 هزار نفر پرسنل درقالب رسمی، قراردادی و شركتی دارد.

وی با بیان اینكه نیروهای شركتی فولاد مباركه پیش از این توسط شركت های تامین نیروی انسانی بكار گرفته می شدند، افزود: حدود 9 هزار نفر از نیروهای شركتی با مصوبه هیات وزیران تبدیل وضعیت شده و با این شركت قرار داد مستقیم منعقد كردند.

به گفته وی، در زمان حاضر بیش از هفت هزار نیرو حجمی نیز در خواست بستن قرارداد مستقیم با این شركت دارند.

وی همچنین اظهارداشت: فولاد مباركه در زمان حاضر شش هزار و 500 نفر نیروی رسمی دارد.

قادری با اشاره به اینكه شركت فولاد مباركه خصوصی است و سهامش در بورس اوراق بهادار عرضه می شود، خاطرنشان كرد: این شركت در بستن قراردادهای مستقیم با نیروهای شركتی می تواند مطابق نظر خود عمل كند.

وی اضافه كرد: هیچ اجبار یا قهری برای این كار برای این شركت وجود ندارد و عدم انجامش غیرقانونی نیست.

وی با اشاره به درخواست بخشی از كاركنان ذوب آهن اصفهان برای انعقاد قرارداد مستقیم با این شركت هم گفت: كاركنانی كه در زمینه فضای سبز این شركت عمل می كنند چنین خواسته ای دارند اما در متن صریح قانون این شركت ها تابع بستن قرارداد مستقیم نمی شوند.

وی تاكید كرد: اداره كار، تعاون و رفاه اجتماعی تلاش خود را برای محقق كردن این موضوع انجام می دهد اما نمی تواند این دو شركت را وادار یا ناگزیر به این كار كند.

به گفته وی اگر این مساله قانونی بود به لحاظ جایگاه قانونی این اداره مكلف به پیگیری و تحقق آن بود.

به گزارش ایرنا، هیات وزیران بنا به پیشنهاد معاونت توسعه مدیریت و سرمایه انسانی رییس جمهور و به استناد اصل 138 قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ‌ایران، با هدف حمایت از حقوق كاركنان شركتی، دستگاه‌های اجرایی را به حذف قرارداد با شركت‌های تامین نیروی انسانی مكلف كرد.

بر اساس این مصوبه، همه دستگاه‌های اجرایی موضوع مواد (5) و (117) قانون مدیریت خدمات كشوری (شامل كلیه وزارتخانه‌ها، مؤسسات دولتی، مؤسسات یا نهادهای عمومی غیردولتی، شركت‌های دولتی، شركت ملی نفت ایران، سازمان گسترش و نوسازی صنایع ایران، بانك مركزی، بانك‌ها و بیمه‌های دولتی و شركت‌های مشابه به استثنای نهادها، موسسات و تشكیلات و سازمان‌هایی كه زیر نظر مستقیم مقام معظم رهبری اداره می‌شوند، وزارت اطلاعات، نهادهای عمومی غیردولتی، اعضاء هیات علمی و قضاوت هیات‌های مستشاری دیوان محاسبات، شورای نگهبان، مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام و مجلس خبرگان رهبری) مكلفند قراردادهای منعقد شده با شركت‌های پیمانكاری برای تامین نیروی انسانی را ظرف 15 روز بعد از ابلاغ این تصویب‌نامه فسخ كنند.
