به گزارش انجمن داروسازان بالینی ایران ، دكتر جمشید سلام زاده در كارگاه دارو درمانی بیماری های شایع پوستی در سومین همایش داروسازی بالینی افزود :بیماری های پوستی جزو بیماری هایی است كه به طور كلی دارای مراجعات سرپایی متعددی برای درمان در داروخانه را دارند.

وی ادامه داد: لازم است كه اطلاعاتی در رابطه با نحوه تعامل با این بیماران ،علایم و نشانه های بیماری شان همچنین سوابق قبلی ابتلا به این بیماری و طول دوره ابتلا در هنگام مراجعه به داروخانه اخذ شود تا داروساز بتواند راهنمای مناسبی در رابطه با نحوه مدیریت و دارودرمانی این بیماران را داشته باشد.

متخصص داروسازی بالینی خاطر نشان كرد : بیمارانی كه به متخصص پوست با نسخ تجویز شده مراجعه می كنند عموما در رابطه با داروهای مصرفی نكات و توصیه های خاصی را نیازمند هستند كه حتما باید به وسیله داروساز به آنها منتقل شود.

به گفته وی بیماری های پوستی شامل آكنه ،پسوریازیس،پرمویی در زنان و ریزش مو از جمله مباحثی هستند كه دراین پنل به آنها پرداخته شد و آخرین و جدیدترین یافته ها در مدیریت دارویی این بیماری ها مورد بحث قرار گرفت .

وی با بیان اینكه بیشترین مراجعات به داروخانه ها بیماران پوستی هستند گفت :مراجعات و آمار نسخ مربوط به این بیماری هابیانگر است كه بیماران قابل توجهی به این نوع ضایعات پوستی مبتلا هستند .

سلام زاده خاطر نشان كرد :بیماری پسوریاریس آمار تقریبی اخذ شده از سازمان بهداشت جهانی حدود یك و نیم میلیون نفر در كشور ایران به این بیماری مبتلا هستند.اگر چه این آمار بر اساس اطلاعات دقیق دارویی نیست ولی منطبق با آمار جهانی شیوع ضایعات پوستی است .

به گفته وی این ضایعات می تواند از فرم خفیف به صورت ضایعات منفرد یا ضایعات ژناریزه كه سطح وسیعی از پوست بدن را درگیر می كند متغیر باشند.
