** سوالی كه برخی از كارشناسان فوتبال و رسانه های ورزشی مطرح می كنند این است كه با وجود اطلاع مسئولان وزارت ورزش و جوانان از ایرادات سازمان بازرسی كل كشور به شركت افراد بازنشسته در انتخابات فدراسیون فوتبال، چرا كفاشیان به عنوان یكی از كاندیداها تایید صلاحیت شد؟

برای اینكه هیچ شبهه ای در مورد موضع وزارت ورزش و جوانان در قبال آقای كفاشیان باقی نماند لازم است به این نكته اشاره كنم كه از بدو ورود محمد عباسی به وزارت ورزش و جوانان بسیاری از كارشناسان بر این باور بودند كه با ایجاد تغییرات درسطح مدیریتی فدراسیون فوتبال، وزیر ورزش و جوانان می تواند برگ برنده ای نزد افكار عمومی به ویژه فوتبال دوستان برای خود داشته باشند، اما با وجود پیشنهادات بسیار، عباسی با اعتقاد بر محوریت قانون، رعایت كلیه مراحل قانونی مربوط به انتخاب رییس فدراسیون فوتبال را مورد تاكید قرار داد و برهمین اساس انتخابات فدراسیون فوتبال روز 15 اسفند ماه به ریاست وزیر ورزش و جوانان برگزار شد و دكتر عباسی هم به عنوان یك عضو مجمع به كاندیدای مورد نظر خود رای داد.

** شاید دراین رابطه بود كه در برخی رسانه ها عنوان شده بود آقای وزیر برای اثبات بی طرفی خود در این انتخابات، رای سفید به داخل صندوق خواهند انداخت؟

خیر، اصلا این طور نبود. من نمی دانم این حرفها از كجا آمده است. آقای وزیر در جلسه قبلی كه در خصوص تغییر اساسنامه بود این موضوع را مطرح كردند و در مرحله مقدماتی انتخابات فدراسیون فوتبال هم كه هر یك از كاندیداها به 10 رای علنی اعضای مجمع نیاز داشتند، به هیچ كدام از كاندیداها رای ندادند تا عملا بی طرفی خود را ثابت كنند، اما در انتخابات ریاست فدراسیون فوتبال به عنوان رییس مجمع از ابتدای جلسه در تمامی مراحل انتخابات شركت كرده و رای هم دادند.

** به نظر می رسد در مورد موضع سازمان بازرسی كل كشور مبنی بر غیرقانونی بودن حضور افراد بازنشسته، بازخرید و دوشغله در پستهای دولتی به اندازه كافی اطلاع رسانی نشده است، شاید همین مساله یكی از دلایل بروز این همه شایعه باشد؟

مساله ممنوعیت بكارگیری افراد بازنشسته‌ در سال 1384 در مجلس شورای اسلامی به عنوان قانون تصوب شده است و وزارت ورزش و جوانان و بالطبع فدراسیون فوتبال نیز مانند دیگر نهادهای دولتی عمومی كه از بودجه دولتی استفاده می كنند موظف به رعایت این قانون هستند.

بدیهی است این قانون مختص به وزارت ورزش و جوانان هم نیست. فرض هم این است كه با انتشار قانون و ابلاغ آن به مبادی ذیربط همه از مفاد آن مطلع خواهند شد. در این راستا نامه‌ های سازمان بازرسی كل كشور برحسب وظیفه قانونی وزارت ورزش و جوانان به فدراسیون فوتبال ابلاغ شد.

** با توجه به تمامی این شرایط و تحلیل ها احتمال برگزاری مجدد انتخابات فوتبال را تا چه اندازه جدی می دانید؟

من فقط می توانم بگویم مجمع عمومی فدراسیون فوتبال براساس ضوابط اساسنامه فدراسیون و قوانین لازم الاجرای كشور و مطابق با نتیجه اقدامات قانونی سازمان بازرسی، در این خصوص عمل خواهد كرد.

** اگر انتخابات تجدید شود احتمال دخالت فیفا تا چه اندازه جدی خواهد بود؟
